Importation Information Regarding your Appointment

 Appointments and Fees:

• Initial Consultation (90 minutes) $275 which includes 2 check-ins.
• Follow up appointments (30 minutes) $100
• Acute Appointments (15-30 minutes) $75
• Pet Consult (30-60 minutes) $150

Payment:

Payment by PayPal or Venmo is expected at the time of each visit unless prior arrangement has been made.  If you schedule an appointment that you are unable to keep, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.  For missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointment that was scheduled. 

Follow-up appointments:

The first follow up appointment will be scheduled 4-6 weeks after each appointment.  These appointments are essential in the healing process.  These are used to discuss how you have been feeling since using homeopathy.  This helps to adjust and make any necessary changes to promote  optimal healing.

Calls and emails:

You are welcome to call or email between appointments with questions, concerns, or check-ins.  There is no charge for a few short emails or brief conversations under 15 minutes.  If there are lengthy emails or extended phone calls, there will be a charge based on the consultation rates.
